Hi I'm Chris.
I specialize in helping busy people like you get maximum enjoyment, fulfillment, and satisfaction from your life. I know life is busy. I work more than full time and have two kids so, like you, I need to maximize my time in the gym by knowing what exercises to focus on, when to do them and how to do them to align with my priorities and goals.
I have been training people in and around Broomfield since 2015 and in that time I have helped dozens of people exercise safely and eat healthier to eliminate low back pain, lose weight, build muscle and enjoy endurance events like 10k runs and triathlons.
I love making fitness fun and effective without trying to reinvent working out. I learned how to workout from coaches, teammates, textbooks and experience not TikTok and Instagram. I cross country skied for a D1 college and am currently sponsored by Hammer Nutrition for triathlon.

I start with a free fitness consultation and two week trial. Then, depending on your goals, we figure out a training frequency and program that suites you.
Then get ready to work hard, have fun and feel great! I will take the time to design a safe and effective training plan for you and progress you through exercises and weights that will help you gain and maintain healthy posture and form. It might hurt a little at first but in the words of John Mellencamp, "it hurts so good."
There are lots of options. A local box gym does not have personal trainers and does not mind if we train there for a small membership fee. If you have an apartment complex gym or home gym I can come to you. I have some equipment and have clients who I meet at a local park.
My schedule is flexible and my workouts maximize the time you do have. I will get you moving with safe, efficient workouts that build muscle and increase cardio fitness quickly. All you need is two to three hours/week in the gym.
This is very dependent on your effort. Show up, engage in the program, ask questions and my programming can help you improve posture, reduce pain, lose weight, increase muscle mass and help you perform in whatever you want to do in life: play sports with your kids, avoid health problems, or run a 5k with your fit friends.
